San Diego, CA – In a momentous announcement, the newly crowned Mr. and Miss Akwa Ibom USA, Aniekan Udofia and Jessica Edem, have pledged to dedicate their reign to uplifting and unifying the Akwa Ibom community both in the diaspora and back home. In a heartfelt letter to the AKISAN community, they expressed their deep gratitude and excitement for the opportunity to represent the organization and the rich culture of Akwa Ibom.
In their message, Aniekan and Jessica emphasized the honor it is to serve in these prestigious roles, acknowledging that they could not have achieved this milestone without the unwavering support of the community. As they embark on this journey, Aniekan and Jessica have set their sights on working closely with AKISAN chapters across the United States. Their reign, they believe, will not only enhance the Mr. and Miss Akwa Ibom USA platform but will also contribute to the overall growth and success of AKISAN and Akwa Ibom State.
