On Wednesday, September 29, 2021, AKISAN USA was invited to attend the press conference to unveil “Twinsfest 2021” at the Ibom Icon Hotel & Golf Resort in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. Organized by Mr. Offiong Akpan, Chairman of Kenduo Nigeria Limited, the event will memorialize the end of the historical killing of twins and children of multiple births (TMB) that took place in Nigeria more than a hundred years ago. She died in 1915.

Accordig to him, it is a volunteer-based, nonprofit organization with 35 chapters. Over the years, the organization has implemented medical missions and scholarships in Akwa Ibom State. Recently, it launched skills acquisition programs in ICT, culinary arts and the manufacture of household and beauty cleaning products.
