The AKISAN Mentorship Program aims to:

How the Program Works

Mentor Matching: You’ll be paired with a mentor based on your career goals, interests,
and preferences.

Regular Meetings: Meet with your mentor once a month (virtually or in-person) to
discuss progress, set goals, and gain insights.

Workshops and Events: Participate in additional workshops and events hosted by
AKISAN to complement your mentorship experience.

Timeline: The program runs for one year, with the option to renew or conclude at the end
of the cycle.
