The Akwa Ibom State Association of Nigeria (AKISAN) USA, Inc. Skills Acquisition Program is a targeted vocational empowerment initiative designed to equip men and women with practical, employable skills that translate directly into economic opportunity. Delivered through the AKISAN Automotive, Diagnostics, Repair, Maintenance, and Logistics Skills Acquisition Vocational Training, the program is implemented in partnership with the Akwa Ibom State University Center for Automotive Training, Transportation, and Logistics (CATTL).

This six-month intensive, hands-on training focuses on real-world automotive and logistics competencies—preparing participants for immediate employment, self-employment, and entrepreneurship in a rapidly evolving technical workforce. Beyond skills transfer, the program is a long-term investment in youth empowerment, economic independence, and sustainable community development across Akwa Ibom State.

With just $120, a sponsor can fully support one participant through the entire training cycle—removing financial barriers and opening doors to lifelong opportunity.
