How Does the Program Work?

1. Sign Up:  Complete a short application to join as a mentor or mentee.
2. Matching:  We’ll pair mentees with mentors based on shared interests, goals, and expertise.
3. Engagement: Mentors and mentees meet monthly (virtually or in person) to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.
4. Workshops & Events: Participants will also have access to exclusive workshops and community events to enhance their experience.
5. Duration: The program runs for 6 months to one year, with options for renewal or conclusion at the end of the cycle.
