AI for Job Search
From job description to resume, cover letter, interview prep, and application strategy.
Work Smarter. Build Faster. Serve Better.
Practical AI demos for careers, business, family, learning, entrepreneurship, and community impact. No panels. No hype. Real workflows everyday people can use immediately.
This summit is not about fear or theory. It is about helping everyday people gain practical confidence and leave with tools they can use immediately.
The summit is open to AKISAN members, families, professionals, students, founders, small business owners, job seekers, nonprofit leaders, and the broader Dallas/Fort Worth community.
A focused, no-break format designed to keep the room engaged and move quickly from ideas to implementation.
We open the summit by framing the real opportunity and concern around AI: how it is changing work, productivity, careers, learning, and community life — and why practical AI confidence now matters.
A practical mini-session showing attendees how to ask better questions, structure prompts, add context, define the desired output, refine AI responses, and turn one strong prompt into a repeatable workflow they can use for work, school, business, and daily productivity.
Curated presenters demonstrate real AI workflows. Each demo will show the problem solved, the tools used, the prompt or workflow, the result achieved, and how attendees can replicate it.
The fourth showcase continues the practical demo format, followed by selected community participants giving short demonstrations of how they use AI in practical ways for work, school, business, productivity, or community service.
The moderator answers top submitted questions and invites attendees to vote for the most practical AI workflow of the summit.
We close with sponsor recognition, final takeaways, and a challenge for attendees to use AI practically for 30 days after the summit.
Each showcase answers: What problem was solved? What tools were used? What prompt or workflow made it work? What productivity gains resulted? How can others copy it?
From job description to resume, cover letter, interview prep, and application strategy.
Turn one business idea into content, campaigns, customer messaging, and promotional assets.
Use AI for donor letters, meeting notes, volunteer planning, outreach, and event promotion.
Move from idea to plan, prototype, pitch, landing page, and next-step execution.
Presenters will show real workflows, not give abstract talks. The goal is practical replication.
What real problem were you trying to solve?
How long did it take before using AI?
Show the prompt, input, tool, output, and edits.
What improved: time, quality, speed, reach, or consistency?
Give attendees one prompt or workflow they can reuse.
Attendees registering through Luma may apply for the Community Demo Open Mic. Selected participants will receive 5 minutes to demonstrate a practical AI workflow others can learn from.
