This is to inform indigenes of Itu, Udung Uko and Uruan Local Government Areas (LGAs) of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria in particular and the general public that the Akwa Ibom State Association of Nigeria (USA), Inc. (AKISAN USA) will carry out a 5-day free medical outreach.
Accordingly, everyone is encouraged to take advantage of this rare occasion and avail themselves of the opportunity to be examined and treated.
The exercise is scheduled to hold from Monday, the 17th to Friday, the 21st day of October 2022 at the Primary Health Center, Mbak Atai ltam (Itu LGA), Primary Health Center, Eyokponung (Udung Uko LGA), and Primary Health Center, Idu Uruan (Uruan LGA).
Patients due for surgical operation and other surgical cases, should report at the aforementioned venues on Monday, 17th October, 2022, for pre-operation screening; preparatory to the main operation.
Note that the medical mission kicks off at 9:00am daily at each location.
